3. Can I see my design before I pay?

Our dedicated team of experts will create sketches and 3D renderings of your piece, precisely tailored to your input. This will come after you have placed your order. You'll get a chance to review the design and share your thoughts at every step in the design process. We don’t consider the piece perfect until you do.

4. When will I get my piece after placing my order?

For items labeled as 'Ready to Ship,' like loose gemstones and select jewelry, they'll be on their way within 96 hours after payment. For products labeled as 'Made to Order', from the moment you make a purchase, it takes approximately 17-21 business days for your piece to be handcrafted and ready for shipping, barring force majeure or acts of God.

Just a quick note, this timeframe doesn't apply to purchases made over the weekend, during holiday/festive seasons, bank and national or significant holidays.

And to ensure your precious piece arrives safely, we exclusively ship through trusted carriers like FedEx or DHL. Your satisfaction and the secure delivery of your jewelry are our top priorities.

Please note that rush orders attract a 150 to 200 USD surcharge depending on the shipping address, gemstone type and design.

6. What is the refund/return policy?

Items designated as 'Ready to Ship' are eligible for returns. For details, please check out the Return and Exchange Policy Page.

However, 'Made to Order’ pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you, involving your input from inception to completion, and therefore, cannot be returned.

Due to the custom nature of these pieces, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for 'Made to Order' items.

Diamonds have been mined and worn in India since the 4^th century BC, and were used as a decorative gemstone well before contact with Western cultures. The world's first diamond color-grading system dates back to sixth-century India, but this system was not responsible for the creation of colored diamonds.

The color of a diamond was closely associated with the caste system, and only certain persons in the social hierarchy could own a certain type of colored diamond. This formed an important part of ancient India's class structure and caste system. Rulers, priests, and people of high status in the system were allowed to own diamonds that weren't colorless. Warriors and Land Lords were allowed to wear "Brown Diamonds that resembled the color of the eye of the hare," and merchants were granted permission only to own Yellow Diamonds. Members of the lower levels of society were assigned black or gray diamonds. Kings, however, were free to choose diamonds of any color.

Colorless natural diamonds are classified on the scale from D - Z. At the end of this range is where colored natural diamonds fall (i.e., X-Y-Z range). In this range of colors, diamonds begin to show traces of yellowish or brownish tones. This is the start of the Fancy Yellow Diamond and Fancy Brown diamond scale" is true according to sources.
