Warranty & Guarantee

At SARATTI, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. This Warranty & Guarantee outlines the scope of our manufacturing warranty, its limitations, and the process for making a warranty claim.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

SARATTI provides a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies from the date of delivery and remains valid for the lifetime of the piece, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined below.

Exceptions to Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not apply if you:

• Received the item as ordered but later changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like it, or no longer had use for it
• Misused the jewellery or subjected it to impact, force, or improper care
• Were aware of, or informed of, any faults or characteristics prior to purchase
• Requested a service, design choice, or modification against SARATTI’s advice, or provided unclear instructions

What Is Covered Under This Warranty

This warranty covers faults that arise directly from the original manufacturing process, including:

• Structural defects caused by workmanship
• Setting faults resulting from manufacturing issues
• Metal integrity failures not associated with normal wear, impact, or misuse

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, SARATTI will assess the piece and, at its discretion, arrange a repair or replacement.

What Is Not Covered Under This Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage, faults, or issues resulting from:

• General wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, bending, or surface wear
• Accidental damage, impact, misuse, or improper care
• Stone loss resulting from wear, impact, or external force
• Natural characteristics of gemstones, including inclusions, colour variation, or tonal differences
• Loose gemstones once removed from original packaging or handled beyond initial inspection

Third-Party Repairs

Repairs, alterations, resizing, or servicing performed by any third party will void this warranty.

Concerns relating to personal preference, appearance, or expectations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Made-to-Order and Bespoke Pieces

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted specifically for each individual order.

These pieces are covered under this warranty only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, as defined in this policy.

Warranty Claims, Assessment & Shipping

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact SARATTI’s concierge team with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by SARATTI. In some cases, the item will need to be returned for further evaluation before a resolution can be determined.

A $150 USD shipping and assessment deposit is required for all warranty claims.

Deposit Outcomes

• If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect:
SARATTI will proceed with the repair or replacement at no cost, refund the $150 USD deposit in full, and cover return shipping to the customer.

• If the issue is not deemed a manufacturing defect:
The deposit will be retained to cover assessment and shipping costs. A repair quote may be provided for approval before any further work is carried out.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging items sent for assessment. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.

Wear and Tear (Not Covered)

Fine jewellery is subject to normal wear over time. This warranty does not cover:

• Scratches, dents, abrasions, or surface wear
• Bent, worn, or damaged prongs
• Stone loss caused by wear, impact, or external force
• Chips, cracks, or breakage of gemstones due to accidents or daily wear
• Damage caused by chemicals, cleaning agents, cosmetics, chlorine, or heat
• Metal thinning or deformation resulting from prolonged use

These are not considered manufacturing defects.

Jewellery Care

To help maintain the condition and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:

• Removing jewellery during physical activity, sports, or manual work
• Avoiding exposure to chemicals and cleaning agents
• Putting jewellery on last when dressing and removing it first when undressing
• Periodic professional inspection and maintenance

Policy Authority

SARATTI reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this Warranty & Guarantee. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable laws.
