These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SARATTI website located at www.saratti.com, its affiliated domains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Site"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and SARATTI LLC ("SARATTI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner—including but not limited to viewing products, placing orders, creating accounts, or submitting content—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Site. SARATTI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.
CHANGES TO TERMS
SARATTI reserves the unilateral right to revise, amend, supplement, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You are solely responsible for reviewing the Site periodically to stay informed of updates. If you object to any modification, your sole recourse is to discontinue using the Site. SARATTI shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or its services.
Trademarks
The SARATTI name, logo, slogans, product names, and all related graphics, logos, and service names (collectively, "Trademarks") are registered or unregistered trademarks of SARATTI LLC. Third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark without the prior written consent of SARATTI or the respective trademark owner. SARATTI aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking civil remedies and criminal prosecution.
USE OF THE SITE
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SARATTI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including browsing products, placing orders, creating accounts, and engaging with interactive features such as product reviews or design tools. You expressly agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: commercial exploitation of the Site or its Content; unauthorized data extraction using automated tools, bots, or scrapers; circumventing security measures or interfering with the Site’s functionality; posting infringing, unlawful, or fraudulent content; initiating chargeback abuse; or introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code. SARATTI reserves the right to terminate your access, cancel orders, pursue legal action, and enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law for any violation of these Terms.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & ORDERS
SARATTI endeavors to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on the Site; however, errors may occur due to typographical oversights, technical glitches, or inventory discrepancies. SARATTI reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, cancel orders arising from such errors, and refuse or limit quantities purchased. In the event of a pricing error, SARATTI will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm the order at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Fully Bespoke Designs (Built from Scratch)
For clients wishing to create a completely unique piece, SARATTI offers a fully bespoke design experience. Each bespoke request begins with an initial consultation to understand your design vision, preferences, and requirements. Based on this information, SARATTI will prepare a custom quote outlining the proposed design scope, materials, estimated timeline, and pricing.
Once the quote is approved and the order is placed with full payment secured, the bespoke process begins. Clients will then receive a Bespoke Design Form and a Custom Order Contract detailing the agreed specifications, including gemstone selection, metal type, dimensions, and production milestones. These documents form a binding agreement prior to production. Following this, CAD design, gemstone sourcing, and design confirmations are carried out before the piece proceeds into production. Production timelines typically range from 17–21 business days, subject to material availability and external factors.
Preset Designs (Made-to-Order Website Pieces)
Shipping and delivery timelines for preset designs are displayed on each individual product page. Most designs available on the SARATTI website are offered as Preset Designs and are made to order. These designs are selected and ordered directly through the website. Once an order is placed and payment is secured, certain elements may still require client confirmation before production. This may include, but is not limited to:
• CAD design approval
• Gemstone selection or confirmation
• Ring size or dimensional verification
• Metal type or finish confirmation
Production will begin only after all required confirmations are approved by the client. These confirmations form part of the production agreement and are treated with the same level of importance as fully bespoke orders. Once confirmations are completed, the piece will proceed into production according to the timeline stated on the product page.
Quality Inspection & Pre-Shipment Approval
Before shipment, every SARATTI piece undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our craftsmanship standards. For made-to-order and bespoke pieces, clients will receive a 4K high-definition video of the finished jewellery prior to dispatch. This allows you to review the completed piece for accuracy against the approved specifications. This pre-shipment review is provided for transparency and confirmation purposes only. Once the piece is approved for shipment, it will be carefully prepared and dispatched. Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of these pieces, all custom and preset design orders are final and non-refundable once production has begun.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items, including pre-designed jewellery and loose gemstones, are dispatched within 96 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, or bank closures). These items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are:
• Unused and unworn
• Undamaged
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by all original certificates and documentation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. SARATTI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
USER ACCOUNTS
To access enhanced features of the Site, including order tracking, design collaboration tools, wishlists, and personalized recommendations, you may create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, a valid email address, and shipping details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. SARATTI reserves the right to request additional verification, including government-issued identification or proof of address, for high-value transactions, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account due to failure to safeguard login details is your responsibility. SARATTI is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access but will cooperate with law enforcement where fraudulent activity is suspected. SARATTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, chargeback abuse, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law. You may request account termination at any time by contacting support@saratti.com. Termination does not release you from obligations related to pending orders, confirmed custom work, or outstanding payments.
PAYMENT, VERIFICATION, SHIPPING, RETURNS, QUALITY ASSURANCE & LIFETIME WARRANTY
Payment Methods & Verification
SARATTI accepts major credit and debit cards, supported digital wallets, and bank wire transfers. Orders exceeding $10,000 USD paid via bank transfer may be eligible for a discretionary courtesy discount. To comply with international regulations and prevent fraud, SARATTI may request verification documents, including government-issued identification or proof of residence. Failure to provide requested verification within 3 business days may result in order cancellation. In such cases, payments received will be handled in accordance with applicable law. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Global Shipping
SARATTI ships internationally using trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Complimentary standard outbound shipping may apply to qualifying orders and is displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available and may require additional cost depending on the time of order or delivery location. Please reach support@saratti.com for more info. Complimentary or promotional shipping applies to outbound delivery only and does not apply to returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
Delivery timelines vary by product type and destination and are displayed on individual product pages. An adult signature is required upon delivery. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by local authorities. SARATTI is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory processes.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Jewelry & Preset Designs (Made to Order)
All custom jewelry and preset design pieces are produced specifically for each order. Once production begins, these orders are final and non-refundable. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted. Before production, clients are provided with design confirmations, including CAD approvals and gemstone verification where applicable, to ensure alignment.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship jewellery and loose gemstones may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
• Unused and unworn
• Undamaged
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by all original certificates and documentation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. SARATTI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Quality Assurance
All SARATTI pieces undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch. Gemstones may be accompanied by certification from recognized gemological laboratories where applicable. Certificates must be retained, as they may be required for warranty assessment. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery and natural gemstones, minor variations may occur, including natural inclusions, colour variation, and subtle differences in setting symmetry. These characteristics are inherent to fine jewellery and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Product images are provided for reference only. Variations may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, and natural gemstone differences.
Warranty Reference
Manufacturing defects are addressed in accordance with SARATTI’s Warranty & Guarantee Policy, which governs eligibility, assessment, and remedies for warranty claims.

Lifetime Warranty
SARATTI’s Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the piece, subject to assessment and the terms outlined in this policy. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, SARATTI may, at its discretion, arrange one of the following:
• Repair of structural defects caused by workmanship
• Correction of manufacturing-related setting issues
• Replacement of components where repair is not feasible
The warranty does not constitute a lifetime maintenance or service plan.
Services Not Covered Under Warranty
The following are not covered under this warranty unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
• Ring resizing
• Replating or refinishing
• Cleaning and polishing
• Engraving or engraving refresh
• Routine tightening of stones resulting from wear
Such services may be offered separately at the customer’s expense.
Warranty Claims & Shipping
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact support@saratti.com with your order number, supporting photographs or videos, and a description of the issue. A $150 USD shipping and assessment deposit is required for all warranty claims. Customers are responsible for shipping items to SARATTI for assessment, including any applicable duties, customs fees, insurance, or taxes. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, SARATTI will proceed with the repair or replacement at no cost, refund the deposit in full, and cover return shipping to the customer. If the issue is not deemed a manufacturing defect, the deposit will be retained to cover assessment and shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Loss, theft, or intentional damage
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, or improper storage
• Normal wear and tear, including scratched metal, worn prongs, or faded plating
• Repairs or alterations performed by any third party
Compliance & Disclaimers
SARATTI adheres to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme to help prevent the trade of conflict diamonds. Gemstone origin information is provided based on supplier documentation and available records. Natural characteristics such as inclusions, color zoning, or tonal variation are inherent to gemstones and do not constitute manufacturing defects. SARATTI reserves the right to refuse service, modify policies, or discontinue products at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Force Majeure
SARATTI is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, embargoes, or supplier shortages. Affected customers will be notified of revised timelines or alternative solutions where applicable.

User-Generated Content
By submitting, posting, or sharing any content on SARATTI’s website, social media channels, review platforms, or other interactive areas (collectively, “User Content”), including but not limited to product reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, comments, designs, or social media posts tagged with #SARATTI or similar identifiers, you grant SARATTI and its affiliated entities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and share such User Content for legitimate business purposes, including marketing, brand communications, product development, and customer engagement. This license applies only to User Content submitted voluntarily or in response to SARATTI’s requests (such as campaigns, reviews, or social features).
Scope of Use
SARATTI may use User Content in the following ways:
• Featuring reviews, images, or videos in marketing materials, including digital advertising, email communications, or social media
• Displaying User Content on SARATTI’s website, product pages, or official social channels
• Using feedback to improve products, services, or customer experience
• Editing User Content for formatting, clarity, or presentation purposes, without materially misrepresenting the original meaning
Attribution & Identification
By submitting User Content, you acknowledge that SARATTI may display your name, username, or general location (for example, “Jane D., New York”) in connection with such content. SARATTI is not obligated to provide attribution in every instance but may do so where appropriate. No additional compensation is owed for the permitted use of User Content.
User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
• You own the User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions to share it
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party
• Reviews and testimonials reflect your honest opinions and genuine experiences
• The content is lawful and does not contain defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory material
You agree not to submit User Content that:
• Includes personal or sensitive information of third parties
• Promotes illegal activities, violence, or hate speech

User Content reflects the views of its individual contributors and does not represent the views or endorsements of SARATTI. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SARATTI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or reasonable legal expenses arising from:

• Misuse of SARATTI’s platforms to distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful material
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Retention of User Content
SARATTI reserves the right to archive, remove, or anonymize User Content at any time for operational, legal, or business purposes. You are solely responsible for retaining copies of any content you submit to SARATTI.

DIAMOND & GEMSTONE CERTIFICATES
Where applicable, diamonds and gemstones purchased from SARATTI may be accompanied by certification issued by independent gemological laboratories. Certification details vary depending on the gemstone type, origin, and availability.
Natural diamonds are commonly certified by recognized laboratories such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Lab-grown diamonds may be certified by institutions such as the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Colored gemstones may be accompanied by reports from respected laboratories, including, but not limited to, AIGS, GRS, Gübelin, Guild Gem Laboratories, or GRC, depending on the stone and sourcing. Certificates confirm gemological characteristics such as identity, measurements, and disclosed treatments based on laboratory analysis. Certificate availability, laboratory selection, and report content may vary and are subject to supplier documentation and laboratory standards. Certificates, where provided, are included digitally or physically with the order and should be retained, as they may be required for warranty assessment or verification purposes. Returns of loose gemstones or jewelry must include any original certificates provided. SARATTI reserves the right to refuse returns where certificates are missing, altered, or incomplete, as this affects verification and resale integrity. Requests for recertification or additional documentation may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and applicable laboratory fees.
PASSAGE OF TITLE
Ownership of SARATTI products, including diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry, transfers under the following terms.
For international orders outside the United States and Canada, legal title to the goods transfers from SARATTI to you, the purchaser, or your designated recipient upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout. At this point, the risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you. SARATTI manages cross-border logistics and required export documentation to facilitate delivery. Customers are solely responsible for:
Import Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Regulatory Compliance: Compliance with local import laws, restrictions, or prohibitions applicable in the destination country.
Customs Delays: Delays caused by customs inspections, regulatory reviews, documentation requirements, or carrier handling, which are outside SARATTI’s control. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing, regional holidays, or logistical disruptions. Customers are encouraged to monitor shipments using the tracking information provided and to contact local customs authorities for clearance inquiries where necessary. Any returns of international orders, where permitted under SARATTI’s Returns & Exchanges Policy, must be shipped to SARATTI’s designated workshop in Hong Kong at the customer’s expense, with all original packaging and certificates intact. SARATTI recommends using insured and trackable shipping methods. Eligibility for refunds or other remedies is governed exclusively by the applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy and Warranty & Guarantee.

MISCELLANEOUS
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
SARATTI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, civil unrest, governmental actions, sanctions, embargoes, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, cyber incidents, or carrier outages. In such circumstances, SARATTI will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume performance as soon as practicable. This clause does not create an automatic right to cancellation or refund unless required by applicable law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SARATTI regarding your use of the Site, products, and services, superseding all prior agreements or understandings. Any conflicting terms proposed by you shall not be binding unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized SARATTI representative.
Assignment
SARATTI may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor without prior notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations without SARATTI’s prior written consent.
Waiver
No waiver by SARATTI of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized SARATTI representative.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, shall remain in effect after termination.
Governing Language
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
