INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SARATTI website located at www.saratti.com, its affiliated domains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Site"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and SARATTI LLC ("SARATTI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner—including but not limited to viewing products, placing orders, creating accounts, or submitting content—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Site. SARATTI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.
CHANGES TO TERMS
SARATTI reserves the unilateral right to revise, amend, supplement, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You are solely responsible for reviewing the Site periodically to stay informed of updates. If you object to any modification, your sole recourse is to discontinue using the Site. SARATTI shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or its services.
Trademarks
The SARATTI name, logo, slogans, product names, and all related graphics, logos, and service names (collectively, "Trademarks") are registered or unregistered trademarks of SARATTI LLC. Third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark without the prior written consent of SARATTI or the respective trademark owner. SARATTI aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking civil remedies and criminal prosecution.
USE OF THE SITE
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SARATTI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including browsing products, placing orders, creating accounts, and engaging with interactive features such as product reviews or design tools. You expressly agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: commercial exploitation of the Site or its Content; unauthorized data extraction using automated tools, bots, or scrapers; circumventing security measures or interfering with the Site’s functionality; posting infringing, unlawful, or fraudulent content; initiating chargeback abuse; or introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code. SARATTI reserves the right to terminate your access, cancel orders, pursue legal action, and enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law for any violation of these Terms.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & ORDERS
SARATTI endeavors to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on the Site; however, errors may occur due to typographical oversights, technical glitches, or inventory discrepancies. SARATTI reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, cancel orders arising from such errors, and refuse or limit quantities purchased. In the event of a pricing error, SARATTI will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm the order at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
Custom Jewelry ("Made to Order")
Every custom jewelry order is a collaborative journey crafted side-by-side with you, ensuring your vision is meticulously translated into a timeless piece. The process begins with an in-depth consultation, where our design team works closely with you to refine your ideas, select materials, and finalize specifications. To eliminate errors and ensure alignment, you will receive a Bespoke Design Form and a Custom Order Contract outlining the agreed-upon design details, gemstone selections, metal types, dimensions, timelines, and pricing. This contractual documentation serves as a binding agreement to safeguard your vision and our commitment to precision.
Once the design is approved and a non-refundable 60% deposit is secured, production commences in our workshop. Throughout the creation process, you will receive regular progress updates, including notifications at critical milestones such as gemstone sourcing, CAD rendering approvals, casting, stone setting, and final polishing. For transparency, SARATTI provides photographic or video evidence of key stages upon request, ensuring your piece evolves exactly as envisioned. Production typically requires 17–21 business days, though delays may occur due to rare gemstone sourcing, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.
Before finalizing your piece, SARATTI conducts rigorous quality inspections and shares a detailed completion report. You will be invited to review high-resolution images or videos of the finished item to confirm it meets your expectations. Only after your explicit approval will the remaining balance be charged, and the item prepared for shipment. Due to the bespoke nature of these orders and the resources dedicated to their creation, all custom jewelry sales are final and non-refundable once production begins.
Ready-to-ship items, including pre-designed jewelry and loose gemstones, are dispatched within 96 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends, holidays, or bank closures). These items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all certificates intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and SARATTI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
USER ACCOUNTS
To access enhanced features of the Site, including but not limited to order tracking, design collaboration tools, wishlist curation, and personalized recommendations, you may create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information such as your full legal name, valid email address, and shipping details. You are required to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes, including address revisions, payment method updates, or contact information modifications. You acknowledge that SARATTI reserves the right to request additional verification, such as government-issued identification or proof of address, to confirm the legitimacy of high-value orders, prevent fraud, or comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords, security questions, and two-factor authentication codes. Any unauthorized access, transactions, or activities conducted under your account due to negligence—such as sharing passwords, using weak or recycled credentials, or failing to log out of public devices—are your responsibility. SARATTI disclaims liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access, though we will cooperate with law enforcement to investigate fraudulent activity.
SARATTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke promotional benefits at its sole discretion in cases of violations of these Terms, including but not limited to: fraudulent activity (e.g., chargeback abuse, identity misrepresentation); misuse of promotions (e.g., creating multiple accounts to exploit discounts); posting unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; or engaging in bulk data scraping. Termination may result in the forfeiture of pending orders, loyalty points, or exclusive membership privileges.
You may voluntarily terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to support@saratti.com. Upon termination, your access to account-specific features will be revoked immediately, though order histories and transaction records may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes. Note that account termination does not relieve you of obligations related to pending orders, unresolved disputes, or payments owed under these Terms.
PAYMENT, VERIFICATION, SHIPPING, RETURNS, QUALITY ASSURANCE & LIFETIME WARRANTY
Payment Methods & Verification
SARATTI accepts secure payment methods including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and bank wire transfers. Customers opting for bank transfers on orders exceeding $10,000 USD receive an exclusive 2% discount as a gesture of appreciation for their trust. To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and prevent fraud, SARATTI reserves the right to request verification documents prior to order processing. These documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license), proof of residence (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), or additional documentation for high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested verification within 3 business days may result in order cancellation. SARATTI employs PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and encryption technologies to safeguard financial data; however, customers are urged to monitor their accounts for unauthorized activity and report discrepancies promptly.
Global Shipping
SARATTI ships to 150+ countries, with complimentary standard shipping applied automatically to orders totaling 500USD or more ∗∗. For orders below this threshold, a∗∗ flat−rate shipping fee of 50 USD applies. All shipments are dispatched via trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, with real-time tracking details provided upon dispatch. Deliveries require an adult signature to ensure secure receipt, and P.O. Box addresses are not accepted due to carrier restrictions. Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their local authorities, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. SARATTI cannot expedite customs clearance or assume liability for delays caused by regulatory inspections. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost for time-sensitive orders, subject to carrier availability and destination-specific restrictions.
Exceptions:
- Regional regulations may impose unique shipping fees or restrictions, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping applies only to standard delivery; expedited shipping incurs separate charges regardless of order value.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Jewelry ("Made to Order"): Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces—crafted to your exact specifications and often incorporating rare or ethically sourced gemstones—all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted once production begins. To ensure alignment with your vision, SARATTI provides a Bespoke Design Form and 3D CAD renderings for formal approval prior to production.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all certificates, tags, and accessories intact. To initiate a return, contact support@saratti.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and SARATTI strongly recommends using insured, trackable shipping methods to protect against loss or damage during transit. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item, minus a 15% restocking fee for orders exceeding $5,000 USD. Exchanges are subject to product availability and require a new order placement.
Quality Assurance
Every SARATTI piece undergoes rigorous quality inspections at multiple stages of production, from gemstone selection to final polishing. All gemstones are certified by globally recognized laboratories, including the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), International Gemological Institute (IGI), and Asian Institute of Gemological Sciences (AIGS), which authenticate cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Certificates of authenticity are included with all orders and must be retained for warranty claims. Handcrafted items may exhibit minor variations in texture, finish, or gemstone placement due to the artisanal nature of jewelry-making. These variations, such as natural inclusions in gemstones or subtle asymmetries in prong settings, are inherent to bespoke craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects. SARATTI does not guarantee exact color matching between product images and physical items due to differences in screen calibrations, lighting conditions, or gemstone provenance.
Lifetime Warranty
SARATTI’s Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship for the duration of your ownership, including:
- Repairs: Restoring bent or broken prongs, chains, clasps, or earring backings.
- Resizing: Adjusting ring sizes up to two sizes up or down.
- Replating: Reapplying rhodium or other precious metal finishes.
- Stone Tightening: Securing loose gemstones or diamonds.
- Cleaning & Polishing: Restoring the original luster of your jewelry.
- Engraving: Adding or refreshing personalized engravings.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@saratti.com with your order number, photographs/videos of the issue, and a detailed description. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our Hong Kong workshop, including applicable customs fees or insurance. SARATTI recommends using tracked and insured shipping methods to ensure safe transit. For eligible repairs, SARATTI covers the cost of labor, materials, and return shipping post-repair. Expedited return shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Loss, theft, or intentional damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratched metal, faded plating).
Compliance & Disclaimers
SARATTI adheres to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme to prevent trade in conflict diamonds. While gemstone origin information is provided based on supplier documentation, SARATTI disclaims liability for inaccuracies due to supply chain complexities. Natural characteristics such as color zoning or inclusions are inherent to gemstones and do not constitute defects. SARATTI reserves the right to refuse service, modify policies, or discontinue products without prior notice.
Force Majeure
SARATTI is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, embargoes, or supplier shortages. Affected customers will be notified of revised timelines or cancellation options.

By creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to our newsletter, or participating in promotional campaigns such as contests or surveys, you expressly consent to receive automated marketing and transactional communications from SARATTI. These communications may be delivered via email, SMS/text messages, push notifications, or direct mail and are designed to enhance your experience with our brand. Types of communications include promotional offers such as exclusive discounts, early access to sales, seasonal campaigns, or loyalty program updates; product recommendations tailored to your browsing history, purchase behavior, or saved preferences; order updates including shipping confirmations, delivery alerts, or back-in-stock notifications; reminders about items left in your shopping cart; and invitations to provide feedback through customer experience surveys.
Your consent extends to the following channels: For email communications, SARATTI will send marketing messages to the email address provided during account creation or checkout. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located in the footer of any marketing email or by adjusting your preferences in your account settings. For SMS/text messages, message frequency varies but typically does not exceed eight messages per month. To opt out of SMS marketing, reply with the keyword STOP to the shortcode provided in the message. For assistance, text HELP or contact our customer service team at support@saratti.com. Please note that standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier, and SARATTI is not responsible for charges incurred due to carrier policies.
SARATTI may use your purchase history, browsing behavior, and demographic information to personalize marketing content, ensuring relevance to your interests. This data is processed in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third-party advertisers. We adhere to international regulations such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), which require explicit consent for electronic communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may withdraw it at any time without affecting your account status or order fulfillment.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS & ADVERTISEMENTS
The SARATTI website or communications may contain hyperlinks to external websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. These include partner retailers authorized to sell SARATTI products, affiliate marketers such as bloggers or influencers who earn commissions for referrals, ad networks like Google Ads or social media platforms, and payment processors such as PayPal or Stripe used during checkout. SARATTI does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, security, or privacy practices of these third-party platforms. Interactions with external websites—including purchases, data sharing, or account creation—are conducted solely at your own risk.
SARATTI explicitly disclaims liability for fraudulent activity such as scams, phishing attempts, or counterfeit products on third-party sites; data breaches resulting from unauthorized access to personal or financial information shared with external platforms; service disruptions including downtime, errors, or technical issues on third-party websites; and inaccuracies in content such as misleading claims, outdated pricing, or false advertising by affiliates or partners.
SARATTI employs cookies and tracking technologies to deliver targeted advertisements on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Google. These ads may be personalized based on your browsing history or interactions with our Site. To opt out of personalized advertising, adjust your preferences through your device settings. Please note that opting out may not reduce the frequency of ads but could make them less relevant to your interests.
User-generated content featuring SARATTI products, such as social media posts tagged with #SARATTI, may be visible on third-party platforms. While we monitor branded content for quality and relevance, SARATTI cannot control how these platforms moderate or display such material. Report abusive, infringing, or misleading content directly to the third-party platform using their reporting tools.
By using the Site, you agree to hold SARATTI harmless for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions with third-party links, advertisements, or external platforms. This includes indemnifying SARATTI against claims related to reliance on third-party content, unauthorized data sharing, or breaches of terms imposed by external services.
DIAMOND & GEMSTONE CERTIFICATES
Every diamond and gemstone purchased from SARATTI is accompanied by a detailed certification issued by globally recognized gemological laboratories, ensuring transparency, authenticity, and adherence to ethical sourcing standards. Natural diamonds are certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the foremost authority in diamond grading, which provides a comprehensive analysis of the diamond’s cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, along with a unique identification number for verification. Lab-grown diamonds, which are ethically created in controlled environments, are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), offering precise documentation of their laboratory origin, cut quality, and grading specifications to distinguish them from natural counterparts. Colored gemstones, including rubies, sapphires, emeralds, and other precious stones, are certified by esteemed laboratories such as the Asian Institute of Gemological Sciences (AIGS), Guild Gem Laboratories, GemResearch Swisslab (GRS), Gübelin Gem Lab, or the Gemological Research Center (GRC). These certificates confirm critical details such as the gemstone’s geographic origin, any treatments applied to enhance its appearance (e.g., heat treatment for rubies), and quality characteristics like color saturation and clarity.
Certificates are accessible through a secure digital link included in your order confirmation email and are embedded within the product description on the SARATTI website for future reference. Should you wish to recertify a stone for additional assurance or insurance purposes, SARATTI’s customer care team can assist in coordinating this process with accredited laboratories, though fees for recertification will apply.
When returning loose diamonds, gemstones, or jewelry, it is imperative to include the original certificate(s) in their unaltered condition. Failure to return the certificate(s) will result in a $300 replacement fee, which covers the administrative and laboratory costs of reissuing documentation. This fee is strictly enforced to account for the significant expense of generating these reports, which involve expert analysis and advanced technological evaluation. SARATTI reserves the right to reject returns that lack the original certificates or submit altered or incomplete documentation, as this compromises the integrity of the return process.
PASSAGE OF TITLE
Ownership of SARATTI products, including diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry, is transferred under the following terms:
For international orders outside the United States and Canada, legal title to the goods (i.e., ownership) transfers from SARATTI to you, the purchaser, or your designated recipient upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout. This transfer of ownership signifies that risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you at the time of delivery. SARATTI manages all cross-border logistics, including customs declarations and compliance with international trade regulations, to ensure your order reaches its destination efficiently. However, customers are solely responsible for:
-
Import Duties & Taxes: Any fees levied by your local customs authorities, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
-
Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to your country’s import laws, restrictions, or prohibitions (e.g., embargoed gemstones, restricted materials).
-
Customs Delays: SARATTI cannot expedite customs inspections or assume liability for delays caused by regulatory reviews, documentation errors, or carrier mishandling.
While SARATTI strives to provide accurate estimates of delivery timelines, international shipments may experience unforeseen delays due to customs processing, regional holidays, or logistical disruptions. Customers are encouraged to track shipments closely using the provided tracking number and contact their local customs office directly for inquiries about clearance status.
For returns of international orders, items must be shipped back to SARATTI’s designated workshop in Hong Kong at the customer’s expense, with all original certificates and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and verified in its original condition. SARATTI recommends using insured, trackable shipping methods to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.
For further assistance with international orders, including guidance on import regulations or delivery issues, contact SARATTI’s customer service team at support@saratti.com. While SARATTI cannot intervene in customs processes, we will provide all necessary documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, certificates of authenticity) to facilitate smooth clearance.
MISCELLANEOUS
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified, interpreted, or severed to the minimum extent necessary to eliminate the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability. The remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to replace the invalid provision with a valid one that most closely reflects SARATTI’s original intent. This severability clause ensures that the failure of any single term or condition does not undermine the entirety of the agreement between you and SARATTI.
Force Majeure
SARATTI shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods, wildfires); pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies; wars, terrorism, or civil unrest; governmental actions, sanctions, or embargoes; labor disputes, strikes, or supply chain disruptions; cyberattacks, technical failures, or internet outages; or any other event that could not have been foreseen or prevented through reasonable diligence. In such cases, SARATTI will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay, resume performance as soon as practicable, or provide alternative solutions, such as order cancellations with full refunds. If a force majeure event persists for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected order or service without penalty.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding between you and SARATTI regarding your use of the Site, products, and services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, proposals, representations, or understandings. No course of conduct, trade practice, or delay in exercising rights under these Terms shall act as a waiver or modification of any provision. SARATTI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting revised versions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Any terms or conditions proposed by you in purchase orders, communications, or other documents that conflict with these Terms are expressly rejected and shall not bind SARATTI unless explicitly agreed to in writing by an authorized SARATTI representative.
Assignment
SARATTI may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor entity without your prior consent. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without SARATTI’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment shall be null and void.
Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms by SARATTI shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any subsequent breach. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized SARATTI representative to be effective.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms—including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution—shall remain in full force and effect after termination.
Governing Language
In the event of a discrepancy between the English-language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
