Return & Exchange Policy

At Saratti, your satisfaction is paramount. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for pieces designated as 'Ready to Ship' in our collection (including loose gemstones). To ensure a smooth process, kindly observe the following guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in unworn, pristine condition within 7 days of receipt.
  • All accompanying paperwork, including the GIA certificate if applicable, must be returned with the piece.
  • After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

As our designs are meticulously handcrafted, returns will incur a modest 12% restocking fee. This fee encompasses the labor needed for resizing and polishing the returned piece. Should the returned piece necessitate extensive cleaning or repair, in a condition that hinders resale, we will apply a higher restocking fee, commensurate with the required repair work.

For those desiring an exchange, we're delighted to offer a seamless transition. We'll apply the full value of your original purchase to a new item of equal or greater value, provided the new piece is available for purchase at the time of exchange (within 7 days of the original purchase). Please note, the credit is specific to the exchange and does not extend to future purchases. Additionally, this credit is limited to one exchange per piece.  After 7 days, all sales are final.

Prior to shipping your jewelry back, kindly reach out to us, ensuring its safe arrival. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend insuring your package, as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit.

However, 'Made to Order’ pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you, involving your input from inception to completion, and therefore, cannot be returned. Due to the custom nature of these pieces, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for 'Made to Order' items.
