Ship-out time refers to when your order leaves our workshop or fulfillment facility.
Delivery time refers to the transit period after your order has shipped.

Complimentary insured express shipping is available on orders above USD $500.
Orders below this threshold may incur a shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Depending on your destination, you may be able to choose between two shipping options:
Duty Paid (DDP) — Hassle-Free Delivery
With Duty Paid shipping, all import duties and taxes are handled for you.
Your order is delivered directly to your address with no additional fees on arrival.
This option is ideal if you prefer a smooth, hands-off delivery experience.
Self-Clearance — Faster Transit
With Self-Clearance shipping, your order may arrive faster, as customs clearance is handled directly by the courier and recipient.
Please note that local duties, VAT, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient, depending on your country’s regulations.
This option is ideal if you prefer shorter delivery times and are comfortable handling customs clearance.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. -

These pieces are already completed and typically ship within 3–5 business days. -
Crafted for You
Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and typically ship within approximately 3 weeks (15 business days).
Shipping Destinations
SARATTI proudly ships to customers in over 150 countries worldwide. Complimentary shipping is available for select destinations on orders above USD $500.

For destinations not covered by complimentary shipping, a flat shipping fee of USD $50 will apply.

Insurance & Signature Requirement
All SARATTI shipments are fully insured until delivery.
For security purposes, adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
Delivery Address Policy
To ensure secure and verified delivery, SARATTI ships only to residential or business addresses.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Packaging & Discreet Delivery
