All SARATTI orders are shipped via trusted express couriers and are fully insured until delivery. Please note that ship-out time and delivery time are separate: Ship-out time refers to when your order leaves our workshop or fulfillment facility.
Delivery time refers to the transit period after your order has shipped. Estimated ship-out timelines are displayed clearly on each product page.

Shipping Options & Duties
Complimentary insured express shipping may be available on qualifying orders above USD $500, subject to destination, product type, and courier availability. Final shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout. Depending on your destination, one or more of the following shipping options may be offered:
Duty Paid (DDP) — Hassle-Free Delivery
Where available, Duty Paid shipping allows import duties and taxes to be handled in advance. Orders are delivered directly to your address without additional charges on arrival. Availability of this option varies by destination and will be clearly indicated at checkout or on the product page.
Self-Clearance — Express Transit
With Self-Clearance shipping, customs clearance is handled by the courier and recipient upon arrival. Local duties, VAT, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient, depending on local regulations. Available shipping options vary by destination and customer selection.
Shipping Destinations
SARATTI proudly ships to customers in over 150 countries worldwide. Complimentary shipping is available for select destinations on orders above USD $500. If you are unsure whether your country qualifies for complimentary shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 9424 2327 or email support@saratti.com, and our team will be happy to assist. For destinations not covered by complimentary shipping, a flat shipping fee of USD $50 will apply. Customs duties, VAT, and any associated import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship exclusively via trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and equivalent insured express courier services to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your jewelry.

Insurance & Signature Requirement
All SARATTI shipments are fully insured until delivery.
For security purposes, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
Delivery Address Policy
To ensure secure and verified delivery, SARATTI ships only to residential or business addresses. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Packaging & Discreet Delivery
Every SARATTI order is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transit. We use discreet outer packaging to maintain privacy and security throughout delivery.

While we do not offer traditional gift wrapping, all SARATTI pieces are presented in an elegant jewelry box, suitable for gifting. For special occasions, your order also includes a refined gift box, ensuring a beautiful presentation.
