SHIPPING AND COSTS
- Modern Gem Jewelry offers free shipping to over 64 countries.
- All products (Jewelry & loose gemstones) are shipped through FedEx or DHL to ensure secure shipping.
- You will receive a tracking number for your package so that you can keep track of its progress
- About 90% of all Modern Gem Jewelry® jewels are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for us to design your dream ring.
- Ready to ship Items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is collected. Please note this does not include weekend checkouts.
- Ready to ship items paid for on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
- Customers are liable to pay the local import duties/taxes, as applicable in their country of import.
- We can only send orders to a home or work address. Unfortunately, we can not ship to PO boxes.
- Packages must be signed for by an adult upon arrival.
