Are all your gemstones certified?

Do you offer lab-created gems and diamonds?

We're all about ensuring your jewelry resonates with you on a personal level. Whether it's lab-created or a natural wonder, we've got your back. Your preference, your piece, your way.

How do I know my ring size or that of the one for whom I want the ring?

Please note the following printing instructions to ensure accuracy when using the Ring Size Guide:

Before you measure your ring size, make sure to use this guide printed in US Letter size and scaled to 100%. If you’re printing with Adobe Acrobat Reader, this is how to do make sure the measurements line up:

  1. Download the Ring Size Guide by clicking the link above.
  2. Go to the print menu (CTRL + P / Command + P)
  3. Get to the Page Sizing and Handling section
  4. Select Actual Size and select Print.

Can I see my design before I pay?

Our dedicated team of experts will create sketches and 3D renderings of your piece, precisely tailored to your input.  This will come after you have placed your order,  You'll get a chance to review the design and share your thoughts at every step in the design process. We don’t consider the piece perfect until you do.

What if I request changes to the design as the piece is in production? What if the final piece does not adequately reflect aspects of the original design plan?

If you request changes while the piece is in production, you will be responsible for any expenses associated with design alterations requested.

However, if the requested changes were initially included in the original design plan but were not adequately represented in the final product(s), we will assume the costs for these specific modifications.

What happens if there is an error in the displayed price of a product?

Saratti reserves the right to reject any purchase in the event of a pricing error. If the listed price is incorrect, we will contact you to discuss available options, which may include canceling the order or reprocessing it at the correct price. Our commitment is to ensure a fair and accurate shopping experience for all our customers.

Does my ring size alter the price of my ring?

The price listed on the site/store applies to the standard ring size, which is sizes less than or equal to 14.5 HK/CN or 7 US for females and 21 HK/CN or 9.5 US for males.

For the following ring sizes, separate surcharges shall be applied for the extra material required to complete the piece:

For females: Ring sizes between 15 - 20 HK/CN (7.5 - 9 US), and ring sizes between 21 - 24 HK/CN (9.5 - 11 US) and above.

For males: Ring sizes between 21.5 - 26 HK/CN (10 - 11.5 US), and ring sizes 27 - 30 HK/CN (12 - 13.5 US) and above.

Purchasing & Payment

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! We've got a plan that puts you in control. Once you give the green light to kickstart the creation process, we'll ask for 60% upfront. The remaining 40% will be due once your exquisite piece is all set and ready to make its way to you. It's a payment plan tailored with your peace of mind in mind.

Enjoy even more flexible payments with our layaway plan: Pay in installments until you reach 60% of the total, which starts your project. Then, continue paying at your pace, completing the balance by the time your piece is ready, all within 12 months. You're welcome!

What payment forms do you accept?

We welcome payments made through American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit/debit cards. Additionally, we offer a variety of convenient options including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For those preferring traditional methods, we also accept check and money orders.

Moreover, we accommodate bank wire transfers in US dollars, and for orders over US $10,000, customers receive an exclusive 2% discount. Prior to placing the order, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance at support@saratti.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the design has received your green light and the initial 60% payment has been made, we're off to the races, and unfortunately, the order can't be canceled. The same goes for items purchased from our online store – once that transaction is complete, it's a done deal. Rest assured though, we're here to ensure you absolutely love your piece when it arrives.

Will I need to verify my payments?

At Saratti, we prioritize transparency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

As part of our anti-money laundering and risk mitigation procedures, we may request verification of payment, transactions, or additional documentation from clients on an as-needed basis.

If payment verification is required, clients are expected to promptly provide any requested information, documentation, or confirmations within three (3) business days of our request. Failure to verify payments in a timely manner may result in project delays or termination.

While we make reasonable efforts to limit payment verification requests, we cannot guarantee any specific frequency. This process is in place to safeguard both parties against financial risks and ensure a smooth transaction.

We understand the importance of handling payments efficiently and aim to strike a balance between thorough verification and minimizing inconvenience to our valued clients.

Do you offer gift cards?

Do you offer discounts, vouchers and free gifts on purchases?

Can I use multiple discounts/free gifts with my order?

In the interest of fairness, multiple discounts/vouchers/ coupons/free gifts cannot be combined into a single order.

What happens if there is an error in the displayed price of a product on Saratti's store?

Saratti reserves the right to reject any purchase in the event of a pricing error. Shipping

When will I get my piece after placing the order?

For products labeled as 'Made to Order', from the moment you make a purchase, it takes approximately 17-21 business days for your piece to be handcrafted and ready for shipping, barring force majeure or acts of God.

For items labeled as 'Ready to Ship,' like loose gemstones and select jewelry, they'll be on their way within 96 hours after payment. Just a quick note, this timeframe doesn't apply to purchases made over the weekend, during holiday/festive seasons, bank and national or significant holidays.

And to ensure your precious piece arrives safely, we exclusively ship through trusted carriers like FedEx or DHL. Your satisfaction and the secure delivery of your jewelry are our top priorities.

Will I get the piece as advertised?

Rest assured, your piece will be crafted to the highest standards, showcasing the natural beauty of the gemstones.

Please be aware that production timelines may be affected by the availability of specific gemstones.

Should there be any potential delay, we'll keep you informed throughout the creation process. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Can you expedite my order?

Please note that rush orders attract a 150 to 200 USD surcharge depending on the shipping address, gemstone type and design.

Where do you ship to? What is the cost of shipping?

We're proud to serve customers in over 150 countries worldwide, and a whopping 64 of these qualify for complimentary shipping. If
you're unsure whether your country is on the list, don't hesitate to reach out to us via WhatsApp at or drop us an email at support@saratti.com.

For those countries not covered by our free shipping, we
offer a flat rate of fifty dollars for shipping. Please note that customs and
duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can my package be shipped to a P. O Box address?

We want to ensure the safe delivery of your package. For
this reason, all shipments must be signed for by an adult upon arrival. Unfortunately, this precaution makes it impractical for us to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Are the shipments insured?

Absolutely, every shipment is fully insured. Your piece is not only crafted with utmost care, but it's also safeguarded throughout its journey to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number for your package, allowing you to easily monitor its journey and know exactly when to expect its arrival.

How is my order packaged?

Your order is packaged with the utmost care and consideration. We understand the importance of ensuring your piece arrives in

Can you package my order as a gift?  

We do not giftwrap, as we prioritize the security of your order with our discreet packaging. However, rest assured that our packaging is designed to look perfect for gifting. Your gift will not only be a cherished piece of jewelry but will also be presented in a box that reflects the quality and thoughtfulness of your choice.

Does the jewelry come in jewelry boxes? Do you have giftboxes too?

What does your lifetime warranty cover?

Our UNBEATABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY covers the following:

  • Repairing bent or broken prongs.
  • Repairing any accidental scratches to the mounting.
  • Replacing side stones under 0.01 carats.
  • Replacing or repairing spring rings on chains.
  • Replacing or repairing earring backings.
  • Gemstone and/or diamond tightening.
  • Re-rhodium plating.
  • Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry.
  • Free engravings
  • Free ring sizing

This is what is offered as PAID Extended Warranty Plans
in many other places. We give this for FREE.

Rest assured, our lifetime warranty stands unmatched in its coverage and commitment to your satisfaction. It's a testament to the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Please bear in mind that this warranty does not extend to cover loss or theft of the jewelry.

How do I make sure that my lifetime warranty holds?

Certainly, it's essential to note that for repairs, we kindly request that you entrust your piece to us exclusively. Opting for repairs with another jeweler will void the warranty associated with your piece. This ensures that we can provide the highest quality of service and maintain the integrity of your jewelry.

My Saratti jewelry needs repair. Can you help me?

Absolutely, we're here to assist you. Depending on the specific piece, please feel free to reach out to us via email (support@saratti.com), and we'll be more than happy to guide you through the repair process. We do not repair non-Saratti jewelry. Your satisfaction and the longevity of your jewelry are our top priorities.

How does the repair process work?

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email (support@saratti.com), detailing whatever faults you find with the piece and we will produce a quote for the repair (in the event the repair work is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty). With your permission, we will ensure your piece is one that lasts a lifetime. In the event the piece is so defective that extensive work is required, a quote will be provided as well.

I ordered the wrong ring size. Can it be changed before the product is shipped?

Certainly! We're committed to ensuring that your piece fits
you perfectly. That's why we offer complimentary resizing for our valued customers. It's our way of guaranteeing that your Saratti jewelry feels as exquisite on as it looks. Your satisfaction and comfort with your piece is of the utmost importance to us. Please contact us or email (support@saratti.com). We do not resize non-Saratti pieces.

What are the charges for sending the ring back to you for resizing (for Saratti pieces)?

Here’s the good news! The resizing is FREE as a component of your Lifetime Warranty Package! You are responsible for shipping and associated costs. We will make sure your piece receives the expert attention it deserves. Please contact us via email at support@saratti.com to initiate the process.

How long does resizing take?

It typically takes 14 working days from the date we receive
the piece for the resizing process to be completed.

Return and Exchanges

What is the refund/return policy?

Items designated as 'Ready to Ship' are eligible for returns (including loose gemstones). For details, please check out the Return and Exchange Policy Page.

However, 'Made to Order’ pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you, involving your input from inception to completion, and therefore, cannot be returned.

Due to the custom nature of these pieces, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for 'Made to Order' items.

Can I upgrade the gemstone quality of my piece after I receive it?

Absolutely! If you wish to do so, please reach out to us through email (support@saratti.com), and we will assist you in the process. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you do exchanges?

Regrettably, we do not entertain exchanges for 'Made to Order' items, as each piece is custom-made to your specifications. For 'Ready to Ship' items, please check out the returns and exchange policy.
