a. A 10% discount is automatically applied only on selected in-store pieces that have been specifically marked and labeled as part of the Mother's Day Special Jewelry Collection.
b. The discount does not apply to any custom or bespoke jewelry orders, special orders, or items not explicitly marked as part of the promotion.
c. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
2. Bespoke Jewelry Discount:
a. A 30% discount is applicable only on new, custom-designed bespoke jewelry orders placed during the Mother's Day promotion period.
b. The discount does not apply to any pre-existing, pre-designed, or ready-made jewelry pieces available in the store.
c. The discount is valid only on the initial order placement and cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed or quoted orders within the quote validity period or items already in production. For quotes within the validity period, kindly get in touch with your Bespoke Experience Coordinator via the Chat for your special offer.
d. Bespoke piece requests matching (in core specifications) products in-store, earmarked for the promotion, will obtain the 10% Product Discount instead.
e. The discount does not apply to modifications or alterations to existing jewelry pieces.
3. General Terms:
a. The promotion is valid from Monday, April 29, 2024 to Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
b. The discounts are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
c. Saratti reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
d. Saratti's decision regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding.
