This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of orders placed with SARATTI. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Shipping & Dispatch
All orders are shipped using insured express courier services. Dispatch timing and estimated delivery timelines are determined by the information displayed on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Dispatch refers to the point at which an order leaves SARATTI’s workshop or fulfillment facility. Delivery time refers to the transit period after dispatch. Estimated timelines provided on product pages and at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond SARATTI’s reasonable control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Any complimentary or promotional shipping applies to outbound delivery only and does not include returns, exchanges, warranty shipments, or customs-related charges.
International Shipping & Customs
SARATTI ships internationally. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. SARATTI does not control customs assessments and is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, regulatory reviews, documentation requirements, or carrier handling.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, SARATTI is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter.
Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. SARATTI is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed shipments. Any additional costs incurred due to such issues are the responsibility of the customer.
Insurance & Signature
All shipments are insured until delivery. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Shipments
Shipping responsibilities related to returns, exchanges, or warranty assessments are governed by SARATTI’s Returns & Exchanges Policy and Warranty & Guarantee Policy.
Force Majeure
SARATTI is not liable for delays or failures in shipping resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disruptions, or carrier service interruptions.
