See this exact gemstone in compatible SARATTI settings.

At 10.45 CTS, this Natural Nigerian Emerald combines substantial scale with a particularly favourable CGRL treatment conclusion: “Indications of insignificant clarity enhancement.” The finding records only an insignificant degree of clarity enhancement, an exceptionally limited enhancement profile that deserves prominence without implying that the stone is untreated. CGRL records the formal colour as Green and separately assigns the trade name Divine-Mint. In the supplied photographs, its face-up appearance is light, cool and mint-leaning under the photographed lighting, with brighter reflections developing around the perimeter and a more open view through the central crystal body.

CGRL identifies the physical outline as Oval, despite its broad, softly rounded proportions, and records a Brilliant/Step cut. This mixed cutting architecture creates a combination of smaller, active reflections around the outer regions and broader, quieter areas through the centre. Natural internal characteristics are readily visible across the crystal body and contribute strongly to the individual appearance of the stone; no unsupported clarity grade is assigned. Its measurements of 12.44 × 11.86 × 10.10 mm give it a broad face-up footprint together with considerable physical depth, an important factor when planning a secure and visually balanced setting.

The verified Nigerian origin, CGRL Divine-Mint trade name, more-than-ten-carat scale and insignificant clarity-enhancement finding give this Emerald substantial high-jewellery presence and clear collector interest. Its proportions could support a purpose-engineered statement ring, protective diamond surround or significant pendant, with the final architecture designed around the 10.10 mm depth and the stone’s natural internal structure. It may be acquired loose or developed through SARATTI as a one-of-one bespoke jewel.

Characteristics
  • Indications of insignificant clarity enhancement — CGRL: The laboratory records only an insignificant degree of clarity enhancement, representing an exceptionally limited enhancement profile for this Natural Emerald.
  • Verified Nigerian origin: CGRL concludes that the gemstone characteristics are consistent with those of a natural gemstone from Nigeria.
  • CGRL Divine-Mint trade name: The laboratory separately records the trade name Divine-Mint while listing the formal colour as Green.
  • 10.45 CTS Natural Emerald: A substantial gemstone with significant physical presence for high-jewellery or collector consideration.
  • Independent natural identification: CGRL identifies the species as Natural Beryl and variety as Natural Emerald.
  • Green colour: Green is the exact CGRL colour conclusion and is preserved without strengthening it to Vivid, Intense or another unsupported designation.
  • Oval shape: CGRL records the gemstone’s physical outline as Oval.
  • Brilliant/Step cut: The mixed cutting architecture combines active smaller reflections with broader areas of light across the gemstone.
  • Exact dimensions: Measures 12.44 × 11.86 × 10.10 mm.
  • Substantial depth: Its 10.10 mm depth gives the stone considerable three-dimensional volume and must be considered in the engineering of a future setting.
  • Natural crystal character: Visible internal characteristics remain evident through the central body without assigning an unsupported clarity grade.
  • High-jewellery relevance: The scale and proportions support consideration for a significant ring, protective diamond-framed composition or pendant.
  • Collector interest: The combination of more-than-ten-carat size, verified origin and exceptionally limited enhancement gives the loose stone meaningful individual distinction.
  • Emerald care: Emerald ranks 7.5–8 on the Mohs scale but commonly contains fissures, so considered handling and a protective setting are recommended.
  • Cleaning guidance: Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaning; gentle cleaning with warm, soapy water is recommended.
  • Independent laboratory report: Accompanied by CGRL gemstone identification documentation.

MAY BIRTHSTONE

Emerald is the traditional birthstone for May and is also associated with the 20th and 35th wedding anniversaries. Its long history in fine jewellery makes it relevant to significant milestone pieces as well as individually commissioned high-jewellery designs.

DESIGN INVITATION

At 12.44 × 11.86 mm face-up, this Emerald has the visual scale to anchor a substantial bespoke jewel. Platinum or white gold could provide a crisp contrast with its cool green appearance, while yellow gold would create a warmer frame around the stone.

For a ring, the considerable 10.10 mm depth means basket height, support, protection and overall wearability should be engineered specifically around this gemstone rather than adapted from a standard setting. A protective diamond surround could emphasise its broad Oval outline, while an individually developed solitaire could preserve more of the gemstone’s visual scale.

Its dimensions also make it a strong candidate for a substantial pendant where the full outline and depth can be accommodated with greater freedom.

The stone may be acquired loose or developed through SARATTI’s bespoke service into a setting designed specifically around its proportions and natural characteristics.

Your gemstone is set into the design you choose. Every pairing is reviewed by a specialist before production begins.

HANDCRAFTED

The garden inside
decides how we hold it.

Every emerald carries fractures, and they decide where a claw can sit. So the setting is drawn around this stone's own map, and set cold. A ring for occasions, a pendant framed in diamonds, earrings matched over months.

Size Guide

Use the SARATTI size guide to choose the right fit for your ring, bracelet, necklace, or made-to-order piece.

Before you decide

Questions worth asking.

Is this the exact gemstone I will receive — and can I see more of it?

Yes. The gemstone shown on this page is the individual stone you are considering — not a representative image from a parcel.

We photograph and film the actual stone and do everything possible to show its color, proportions and character faithfully. Even so, gemstones can respond differently to daylight, warm interior light and different screens.

If you are uncertain, we can provide additional photographs or video and, where useful, reshoot the stone under different lighting or from another angle before you decide.

Can I confirm the gemstone is still available before I proceed?

Of course.

Send us the product link or reference and our concierge can confirm availability before you proceed.

For an important purchase, we would rather confirm first than have you make a decision around a stone that has already been spoken for.

How do I know which setting will suit this gemstone?

The builder presents settings intended to work with the gemstone you have selected.

Before production begins, the pairing is reviewed for proportion, security and suitability.

If we believe another setting, proportion or approach would serve the stone better, we will tell you before anything is made. The setting should serve the gemstone — not simply accommodate it.

What happens after I choose my gemstone and setting?

We confirm the important details with you before production begins.

That includes your gemstone, setting, metal, side stones where relevant, size, engraving and any personal details.

Nothing enters production until the final specification has been reviewed and approved.

Will I see the finished piece before it is sent?

Yes.

Once your piece is complete, it is photographed and filmed with your gemstone set into it.

Those images are sent to you before dispatch, so you can see the finished jewel before it leaves SARATTI.

How long will my piece take?

Made-to-order pieces generally require around three to four weeks from final approval to completion.

A loose gemstone purchased on its own can usually be prepared for dispatch much sooner.

If you are working towards a proposal, anniversary, birthday or travel date, tell us before ordering. We will let you know what is realistically possible rather than promise a date we cannot honour.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order is sent by insured courier with tracking and appropriate delivery security.

The route and carrier depend on destination and value.

Where duties or local taxes may apply, our concierge can explain the available delivery options before dispatch.

Can I return a loose gemstone?

A loose gemstone may be returned within fourteen days of delivery provided it remains unworn, unset and unaltered, with its packaging and documentation intact.

Please contact us before sending anything back so the return can be arranged securely.

What happens once the gemstone has been set?

A jewel created around your selected gemstone is made specifically for you.

Once the final specification has been approved and production has begun, the gemstone and materials are committed to your piece.

That is why we take time to confirm the details with you before making begins.

What if I am still unsure?

Then do not rush the decision.

We can help you compare this gemstone with another, look again at color or proportion, send additional imagery, discuss a setting or simply talk through what matters most to you.

The right stone should feel considered — not hurried.

What happens after I receive my piece?

Our relationship does not end at delivery.

SARATTI provides ongoing care for the jewelry we create, including inspection, cleaning and appropriate maintenance support as the piece is worn over time.

If anything ever concerns you, speak with us before attempting repair or alteration elsewhere.
