What does it feel like when light stretches itself into elegance?

This Imperial Topaz displays a warm orange-golden tone, with subtle shifts that move between deep amber and soft champagne hues. The color remains evenly distributed, offering a composed and refined visual presence across the surface.

Light reflects in a structured manner through its step-cut faceting, with the emerald cut emphasizing clarity and internal depth rather than surface brilliance. This creates a calm, steady appearance that highlights the gemstone’s natural color.

With its elongated proportions and defined edges, this gemstone presents a strong architectural presence. It is well suited for rings or pendants where structure and color work together to define the design.

  • Weighing 7.70 carats, the gemstone offers a substantial presence suited to center stone designs.
  • Cut in an emerald shape, providing clean lines and a structured visual form.
  • Step-cut faceting enhances clarity and internal depth rather than surface sparkle.
  • Displays an orange-golden tone with balanced saturation and natural warmth.
  • Shows clarity characteristics consistent with a VS appearance.
  • With a hardness of 8 on the Mohs scale, it is suitable for thoughtfully designed jewelry pieces.
  • Well suited for rings or pendants where structure and proportion define the design.
  • Originating from Brazil, a recognized source of Imperial Topaz.
  • Certified internally by SARATTI, with third-party certification available upon request.

From the moment your stone is chosen to the moment your piece arrives, every detail is guided, reviewed and confirmed with care.

01 — The Creation Process

Your stone, confirmed by you

Once your gemstone has been chosen, our atelier brings it to the light. Photographed under several conditions and angles — daylight, low light, in motion — sent to you for your absolute review. No piece begins until the stone is one you have seen, held in your mind, and called yours.

Where every journey begins.

02 — DESIGN

Rendered & Approved

From the precise dimensions of your gemstone — its width, its length, its depth — the setting is drawn to embrace it. Each line of metal, each prong, each curve of the gallery designed to let the stone dazzle the way only it can.

A 3D CAD rendering is prepared and shared with you for review. Adjustments are welcomed. Only with your final approval does the piece move into the hands of your dedicated artisan.

DESIGN

Drawn to the dimensions of your stone.

03 — The Creation Process

Handcrafted

A dedicated artisan is assigned to your piece. To cast, to set, to file, to polish — to fashion the design into the form you imagined. Every stage worked by hand. No shortcuts.

No machines finishing what hands began. The piece carries the touch of the person who made it, the way fine jewelry has always carried it. Time taken is part of the work.

04 — QUALITY CONTROL

Inspected to Standard

Before anything else, your piece is held against the original design — stone, setting, finish, weight, symmetry, surface. Examined under the loupe.

Every prong, every facet, every line of engraving reviewed against the only standard we keep: the one we will not bend. If something is not right, it does not leave the bench.

05 — THE REVEAL

First sight, before travel

Some pieces arrive unannounced, in a box. Yours will not. When the work is finished and the inspection is passed, your piece is brought into the studio light — filmed in 4K, turned slowly, every angle captured the way only the hands that made it can show you.

The film comes to you before the piece does. So the day the box arrives, what’s inside is already familiar — a piece you have already met, already loved, already called yours.

Custom jewelry questions

Build My Ring & Custom Jewelry FAQs

How does the Build My Ring process work?+

You begin by choosing your gemstone, then selecting a setting, metal, and design details. You may choose from the settings available on the page, or request a private quote if you would like a setting that is not currently shown.

After your order is placed, a SARATTI specialist will reach out within 48 hours to review your selections, finalize the gemstone details, and share the necessary documentation for your piece before production begins.

Nothing proceeds without your final confirmation.

Can I choose my own gemstone?+

Yes. You may choose from the gemstones available on the page, or request a special gemstone through our concierge team.

If you are looking for a specific color, shape, size, origin, or gemstone type that is not currently listed, you can submit a private gemstone request and our team will help source suitable options for your design.

Are the gemstones natural?+

Yes. SARATTI works with natural gemstones unless otherwise clearly stated.

For diamonds, both natural and lab-grown options may be available depending on the design. When a gemstone or diamond is accompanied by a certificate, this will be clearly stated in the product details.

What happens if the gemstone I choose is no longer available?+

If your selected gemstone is no longer available, SARATTI will propose a stone of similar quality or better for your piece.

Where possible, you will be presented with up to three carefully matched options of similar value, allowing you to choose the stone you prefer before the design proceeds.

Can I request a different gemstone, shape, or size?+

Yes. Most designs can be adapted to different gemstone cuts, sizes, and colors.

Our team will confirm whether your preferred stone is suitable for the selected setting, and if needed, we may suggest adjustments to preserve the balance, structure, and beauty of the final piece.

Can I customize the metal?+

Yes. Depending on the design, you may choose from options such as 18K yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, or platinum.

If a metal choice affects the structure, price, or timeline, our team will confirm this with you before production begins.

Will I see the final details before production starts?+

Yes. A SARATTI specialist reviews your gemstone, setting, metal, ring size, and design notes before production begins.

You will receive confirmation of the key details, and the piece will only proceed once everything has been reviewed and approved.

How long does custom jewelry take?+

Most custom or made-to-order jewelry takes approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on the design, gemstone availability, and level of customization.

More complex pieces, rare gemstone requests, or highly detailed settings may require additional time.

Can I make changes after submitting my request?+

Small changes may be possible before production begins.

Once the piece has entered production, changes may be limited and may require additional time or cost depending on the stage of work already completed.

Are custom pieces returnable?+

Custom, made-to-order, resized, engraved, or personalized pieces are generally not returnable because they are made specifically for you.

Ready-to-ship pieces may follow a separate return policy, depending on the item and location.

Can I request engraving?+

Yes. Engraving is available for many rings and bands, depending on the width, design, and available space.

Our team will confirm what is possible before production begins.

Can I see photos or videos before shipment?+

Where available, SARATTI may provide photos or videos before shipment, especially for bespoke or gemstone-focused pieces.

This allows you to review the finished piece before it is securely prepared for delivery.

Is resizing available?+

Yes. Resizing may be available depending on the ring design, gemstone setting, and metal.

Eternity bands, full pavé designs, engraved pieces, and certain complex settings may have limited resizing options. Please reach out to our concierge team if you have sizing questions before placing your order.

Is the jewelry covered by warranty?+

Yes. SARATTI pieces are covered by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

This covers manufacturing-related issues, but does not cover loss, accidental damage, damage from wear, misuse, improper care, or repairs carried out by a third party.

How is the jewelry shipped?+

SARATTI offers secure insured shipping.

International orders are shipped with trusted couriers such as DHL or FedEx, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
