1. Are all your gemstones certified?

Rest assured, our in-house gem experts, boasting decades of experience, meticulously curate each and every gemstone. To add an extra layer of assurance, we work with the most esteemed gem labs including GIA, IGI, AIGS, GRS, and Gubelin.

This ensures that every gemstone not only meets our high standards of quality but is also backed by the reputable certifications from these renowned institutions. In addition to this, your dream piece comes with a Saratti Certificate of Authenticity.

So, when you choose a gem from Saratti, you're choosing nothing short of excellence and authenticity.

2. How do I know my ring/jewelry size or that of the one for whom I want the ring?

For that, consult the Saratti Ring Size Guide right here, or for non-ring jewelry, the Complete Size Guide. 

Please note the following printing instructions to ensure accuracy when using the Ring Size Guide:

Before you measure your ring size, make sure to use this guide printed in US Letter size and scaled to 100%. If you’re printing with Adobe Acrobat Reader, this is how to do make sure the measurements line up:

  1. Download the Ring Size Guide by clicking the link above.
  2. Go to the print menu (CTRL + P / Command + P)
  3. Get to the Page Sizing and Handling section
  4. Select Actual Size and select Print.

 

3. Can I see my design before I pay?

Our dedicated team of experts will create sketches and 3D renderings of your piece, precisely tailored to your input.  This will come after you have placed your order. You'll get a chance to review the design and share your thoughts at every step in the design process. We don’t consider the piece perfect until you do.

 

4. When will I get my piece after placing my order?

For items labeled as 'Ready to Ship,' like loose gemstones and select jewelry, they'll be on their way within 96 hours after payment.  For products labeled as 'Made to Order', from the moment you make a purchase, it takes approximately 17-21 business days for your piece to be handcrafted and ready for shipping, barring force majeure or acts of God.

Just a quick note, this timeframe doesn't apply to purchases made over the weekend, during holiday/festive seasons, bank and national or significant holidays.

And to ensure your precious piece arrives safely, we exclusively ship through trusted carriers like FedEx or DHL. Your satisfaction and the secure delivery of your jewelry are our top priorities.

 5. Can you expedite my order?

Yes please! Just get in contact by email (support@saratti.com) to make it happen.

Please note that rush orders attract a 150 to 200 USD surcharge depending on the shipping address, gemstone type and design.

6. What is the refund/return policy?

Items designated as 'Ready to Ship' are eligible for returns. For details, please check out the Return and Exchange Policy Page.

However, 'Made to Order’ pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you, involving your input from inception to completion, and therefore, cannot be returned.

Due to the custom nature of these pieces, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for 'Made to Order' items.

7. What does your Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our UNBEATABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY covers the following:

  • Repairing bent or broken prongs.
  • Repairing any accidental scratches to the mounting.
  • Replacing side stones under 0.01 carats.
  • Replacing or repairing spring rings on chains.
  • Replacing or repairing earring backings.
  • Gemstone and/or diamond tightening.
  • Re-rhodium plating.
  • Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry.
  • Free engravings
  • Free ring sizing

This is what is offered as PAID Extended Warranty Plans
in many other places. We give this for FREE.

Rest assured, our lifetime warranty stands unmatched in its coverage and commitment to your satisfaction. It's a testament to the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Please bear in mind that this warranty does not extend to cover loss or theft of the jewelry.

Return and refund:
We provide 30 days return and exchange service. (Custom order is made by Unique demand, will be non-returnable and non-refundable). As every item in my vault is handmade to order, if you unsatisfied with it and would like to return, standard shipping fee (about $80), handcraft fee($80) and restocking fee($35) will be non-refundable. Others will be refunded in 5 business days once the returned item is received.

Payment plan:
Layaway is available with us. Items will begin to be crafted when we receive your first payment (50%) and shipped out once your full payment is received. But if for any reason cause payment couldn’t finish in full within 10 days, we will deduct 10% of the value of your ring as a re-stock fee.

Shipping:
Item will be packed with an exquisite gift box. The craft period is about 2-3weeks. We provide worldwide shipping service. Shipping to the USA usually takes 2-4 business days. While other countries will take about 3-6business days.

International Buyers Please Note:
In some cases, additional customs fees and duties may be charged, depending on the country the items are shipped to. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Each of the production process we take high focus, including CAD designing, cere model making, casting, stones setting, ring polishing and platting

All items are handcrafted and will need a period of 2-3 weeks, so we kindly ask that you have the patience as our craftsmen put your piece together.
Shipment usually can be delivered in 3-5 working days.
