2. How do I know my ring/jewelry size or that of the one for whom I want the ring?

Please note the following printing instructions to ensure accuracy when using the Ring Size Guide:

Before you measure your ring size, make sure to use this guide printed in US Letter size and scaled to 100%. If you’re printing with Adobe Acrobat Reader, this is how to do make sure the measurements line up:

3. Can I see my design before I pay?

Our dedicated team of experts will create sketches and 3D renderings of your piece, precisely tailored to your input. This will come after you have placed your order. You'll get a chance to review the design and share your thoughts at every step in the design process. We don’t consider the piece perfect until you do.

4. When will I get my piece after placing my order?

For items labeled as 'Ready to Ship,' like loose gemstones and select jewelry, they'll be on their way within 96 hours after payment. For products labeled as 'Made to Order', from the moment you make a purchase, it takes approximately 17-21 business days for your piece to be handcrafted and ready for shipping, barring force majeure or acts of God.

Just a quick note, this timeframe doesn't apply to purchases made over the weekend, during holiday/festive seasons, bank and national or significant holidays.

And to ensure your precious piece arrives safely, we exclusively ship through trusted carriers like FedEx or DHL. Your satisfaction and the secure delivery of your jewelry are our top priorities.

5. Can you expedite my order?

Please note that rush orders attract a 150 to 200 USD surcharge depending on the shipping address, gemstone type and design.

6. What is the refund/return policy?

Items designated as 'Ready to Ship' are eligible for returns. For details, please check out the Return and Exchange Policy Page.

However, 'Made to Order’ pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you, involving your input from inception to completion, and therefore, cannot be returned.

Due to the custom nature of these pieces, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for 'Made to Order' items.

Our UNBEATABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY covers the following:

Repairing bent or broken prongs.

One of the most valuable variances of the Corundum mineral is the Ruby gemstone (this mineral produces both rubies and sapphires). All reddish corundum is called ruby, and any other colour generated by this mineral is called sapphires(Blue, Yellow, Orange, etc.). Ruby's colour seamlessly picks up where pink sapphires stop. Only darker red corundum is called Ruby, but the distinction between ruby and pink sapphires is always a matter of opinion. Ruby's colour has always been associated with passion, love, and fury, mostly linked with objects of desire and power.

Ruby is one of the hardest 'coloured' gemstones just right after a diamond, and indeed a very sought after gemstone in today's market. Ruby's name came from the Latin word "ruber", which translates into modern-day English as red. It is often found in various reddish tones, ranging from darkish red to pigeon blood red and pinkish red. Ruby obtains its reddish colour due to traces of chromium present in its composition. The strength of red colour in a ruby depends on the amount of chromium present. Also, the intensity of chromium can cause more fluorescence in the gemstone, giving the stone a more lively appearance.
