One of nature’s rarest treasures is the tsavorite garnet stone. Named after Kenya’s Tsavo National Park and discovered in the 1960’s, this gemstone has a vivid, emerald-like hue that is truly exceptional. Its charm and scarcity make it a prized choice for discerning jewelry enthusiasts seeking something extraordinary.
This bracelet showcases the true beauty of tsavorite in a modern, architectural design. Handcrafted in lustrous 18K white gold, it features an impressive 3.5 carats of natural tsavorite gemstones. These stones are masterfully cut in a mix of shapes- emerald, round and oval, each hand picked to enhance the gem’s natural color and brilliance. These vivid green tsavorites are nestled in prong settings within architectural frames, creating an interplay of form and light.
The bracelet’s construction is a testament to superior craftsmanship, interlocking rectangular frames that house the tsavorites. These are joined by sleek oval links, providing both flexibility and visual interest for comfortable wear. This intentional design allows the piece to drape gracefully around the wrist, ensuring each tsavorite gemstone catches light from every angle. The secure clasp adds a final touch of sophistication, making this bracelet not just an adornment, but a work of art.

THE TSAVOLITE
The tsavorite is a relatively new gemstone, compared to the likes of the emerald and peridot, which have been around longer. It was first discovered in 1967, but the jewelry industry didn't get wind of its existence until 1974. Its rarity is a major factor in its growing popularity among gemstone enthusiasts and collectors.
As with tanzanite, tsavorite is only found in one location on Earth – Africa. The Taita region of Kenya and the Arusha region of Tanzania are the principal sources. In reality, the Tsavo National Park is the inspiration for the name of this gemstone.
Most people relate it to emeralds when it comes to its appearance. There is a strong resemblance between the two stones, however the tsavorite is in fact a highly prized form of grossular garnet. With its eye-catching brightness and stunning hue, it has become one of the most sought-after, emerging jewels of our time.
