Description

Some designs hold their meaning in the space they leave open. LYRA rises from the band in two sculpted arms that twist as they climb, drawing the eye upward to a single Emerald Cut centre. Nothing crowds it. The long step-cut lines and clipped corners of the shape are left entirely to themselves, and the quiet confidence that follows is the whole idea.

The twisted shoulders lift in symmetry, opening the gallery so light reaches the stone from beneath as well as across the table. An elevated crown carries the Emerald Cut clear of the band, giving it a floating presence in profile, while the shank returns to a smooth, rounded comfort fit that sits close to the finger. Prongs hold the clipped corners without interrupting the line, and no side stones compete for attention.

Because nothing surrounds the centre, LYRA takes its character entirely from the stone you choose. A warm Imperial Topaz, Citrine or Morganite settles naturally into yellow or rose gold. A cool Aquamarine, Sapphire, Emerald or Paraiba Tourmaline reads crisp and contemporary against white gold or 950 Platinum. An Emerald Cut diamond sits equally well in all four metals. Seen from above the ring is one uninterrupted gesture around a rectangle of still light; seen from the side it is mostly air.

This setting is designed to embrace a suitable Emerald Cut natural gemstone or diamond. Each piece is individually crafted around the selected centre stone's exact length, width and depth. Center gemstone sold separately.

Created for a single Emerald Cut centre, with prongs placed at the clipped corners so the long step-cut lines remain clear and uninterrupted. Rectangular and octagonal step cuts are equally at home.

With no side stones to dictate a palette, the setting accepts any suitable Emerald Cut coloured gemstone or diamond, and takes its character from the stone you select.

CHOOSE YOUR METAL TONE

Warm stones such as Imperial Topaz, Citrine and Morganite settle naturally into yellow or rose gold; cool stones such as Aquamarine, Sapphire, Emerald and Paraiba Tourmaline read crisp against white gold or 950 Platinum.
