Is this the exact diamond I will receive?
Yes. The center diamond selected for your ring is an individual natural diamond, independently graded by GIA. Before it is secured, you can review the exact report, video, and selection details so you know precisely which diamond will become yours.
Can I see my diamond before my ring is made?
Absolutely. A 360° view of your exact diamond will be prepared and shared with you before production, allowing you to examine its shape, proportions, faceting and overall appearance with confidence.
If you would like to see it from another angle, under different lighting, or compare it with another suitable diamond, simply ask. Nothing moves into production until you are happy with the diamond selected for you.
What happens after I approve the diamond?
Once you approve the exact diamond, we confirm the ring details with you — including size, metal, engraving, and any personal requests — before the piece enters the atelier.
Will I see the finished ring before it is sent?
Yes. Once the ring is complete, we can provide final imagery before dispatch so you can see the finished piece before it leaves SARATTI.
How long will my ring take?
Most rings are completed within approximately 1–3 weeks after final approval. If you are working toward a proposal, anniversary, or travel date, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what is realistically possible.
What if I am unsure about the setting or ring size?
our ring is sent by insured express courier with the GIA report and SARATTI documentation protected together. Delivery arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.
What happens after I receive the ring?
Our relationship continues beyond delivery. Eligible rings include lifetime resizing support, craftsmanship care, and ongoing guidance if your piece ever needs inspection or attention.
